Build the Mindset Behind Consistent Performance
does that sounds familiar?
Dressage is not just a technical sport
It's a sport of timing, feel, decision-making, and regulation all under pressure.
Most riders don't struggle because they lack knowledge, skill, or commitment.
They struggle because pressure changes how they think, breathe, move in the saddle, and respond in the moment.
Riders bring invisible habits into the saddle. Many riders don't realise they carry the same mental habits into the saddle that they use in everyday life.
Overthinking, rushing, second-guessing, holding tension "just in case." Horses feel this immediately.
It's not about eliminating thoughts, it's to chose the right kind of thoughts.
Awareness changes everything.
Mindset is where we begin, more success in the dressage arena is where we end up.
I speak to so many dressage riders and I hear the same stories over and over again. There is a difference between riding in training and riding at competitions; and it's not the skills that change.
When the pressure is on, the breathing changes, the mind wonders and tension builds. We become a different rider to the one we are at home and our horses reflect that.
Whether you are an experienced competition rider or a relative newbie in the dressage scene, I am here to help you navigate your way from stress to success.

Nothing beats one-on-one coaching. I know group webinars are easy and sometimes convenient but let's face it, you don't want to talk about personal stuff in front of others. Plus, every horse and rider is a unique combination and needs individual attention.
Here is where we deal with personal issues, doubts and limiting beliefs. And this is where the Big Aha Moments happen.
No matter how much positive training we do at home, competitions have a way to highlight our vulnerabilities.
This is where the support is really needed. A quick phone call, a reminder to breathe and a solid plan that you can go back to after a little wobble is what most riders need. And that's when I will be just a phone call away.
Most riders don't have a success plan and so their behavior is random and inconsistent at competitions. This combined with stress is a recipe for disaster.
This is why we have developed a solid, step by step success plan that helps you to develop good habits and builds confidence at competitions. It is all about repeating good habits and eliminating bad ones. Don't worry, we have it covered.
