Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions outline the guidelines, responsibilities, and expectations for clients enrolled in

Tanja Mitton’s Coaching Program.

1. Program Overview

The coaching program runs for 12 weeks and includes scheduled coaching phone calls and mentoring sessions.

The program officially begins once the client has subscribed and completed the payment. We also offer a payment plan.

2. Session Scheduling & Attendance

Clients agree to attend their scheduled coaching sessions on time.

If a client needs to reschedule, they must provide prior notice as early as possible.

Frequent cancellations or repeated no-shows may result in forfeited sessions.

3. Pause Policy (Emergency Hold)

In the event of a verified emergency (e.g., hospitalization, accident, or a medical condition that prevents participation), clients may request to pause the coaching program.

A paused program must be restarted and completed within 12 months from the original program start date.

Non-emergency reasons for pausing are subject to approval and not guaranteed.

4. Completion Requirement

Clients are expected to complete the program’s full 12 weeks of coaching sessions.

Paused sessions (due to approved emergency circumstances) must still be completed within the 12-month window.

5. Money-Back Guarantee (Satisfaction Policy)

A money-back guarantee is available only if the client:

1. Completes the full 12 week program and still not satisfied with the coaching experience.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days after the final session.

Partial completion of the program does not qualify for any refund.

6. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel the coaching program at any time, but:

1. If cancelled before completing the full 12 weeks , the client is NOT eligible for the money-back guarantee.

2. No partial refunds or prorated amounts will be issued for unused sessions.

7. Payment Terms

Full payment or subscription payment must be completed before sessions begin.

Any failed or late payments may pause or delay access to the program until resolved.

8. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

1. Be open, committed, and actively participate in sessions.

2. Communicate any concerns or issues promptly.

3. Respect scheduled times, deadlines, and boundaries.

9. Coach Responsibilities

Tanja Mitton Coaching agrees to:

1. Provide professional guidance, support, and tools throughout the program.

2. Maintain confidentiality and a safe learning environment.

3. Deliver sessions with care, professionalism, and integrity.

10. Limitation of Liability

Coaching is not therapy, mental health counseling, or medical treatment.

Results vary and are dependent on the client’s engagement and participation.

Tanja Mitton Coaching is not liable for outcomes beyond reasonable control.

11. Agreement

By enrolling in the program, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
